Aluminum alloy die (gravity) casting/ CNC Machining/ Stamping /Profile extrusion /surface treatment/painting/ electroplating oxidation
Production Equipment:

Inspection Equipments:
X-ray, ultra sonic, CMM, Metallographic microscope, Direct reading spectrometer, Hardness test, Tension-compression test
Packaging Information:
1. Put light oil onto product
2. VCI packaging is available with desiccant
3. Pack product individually by bubble bag or Foam packaging.
4. Good quality carton pack by Grade A carton, each carton is no more than 35lbs
5. Pallet or wooden case
For non-steel products:
1. Pack product individually by bubble bag
2. Good quality carton pack, each carton is no more than 35lbs
3. Pallet or wooden case

2. Can deal with various drawings soft-wares: PRO/E, Auto CAD, Solid work, UG, etc
3. Could offer samples for free
4. Submit samples with official inspection reports include material chemical composition report, Mechanical Property report and dimensional report
5. Can provide the Third Party Inspection Report

7. Could provide at least one year quality guarantee after customer receives the products

Q2: Do you offer free sample?
A2:we can provide you a sample but you need to pay for it and the freight ,paypal and west union payment method is also accepted

A3:We are both trader and manufacturer owning a factory over 5000 square meter mainly producing aluminum/Zinc Die Casting products and offer CNC machining services. Also we work with many stable outsourcing factories to supply all other processes produces for our customers.
Q4: Can you make packing and logo as customer request?
A4: Yes .we can .but you should pay for the extra cost.
