Geotextile laying method:
1. Use artificial roller shop, cloth surface should be flat, and leave the deformation margin.
2. The installation of filament or short-filament geotextiles is usually done by lap, stitching and welding. The width of stitching and welding is generally 0.1 m or more, and the lap width is generally 0.2 m or more. Geotextiles that may be exposed for a long period of time should be welded or sewn.

All stitching must be done continuously (for example, point seams are not allowed). Before overlapping, the geotextiles must overlap by a minimum of 150mm. The minimum stitch distance is at least 25mm from the selvage (the exposed edge of the material).
The seams of the sewn geotextiles include one line of wire-lock chain stitching. The thread used for sewing should be a resin material with a minimum tension of more than 60N, and has chemical resistance and UV resistance comparable to or exceeding those of geotextiles.
Any "leaked needle" on the sewn geotextile must be re-sewn in the affected area.
Corresponding measures must be taken to prevent soil, particulate matter or foreign matter from entering the geotextile after installation.
Cloth laps can be divided into natural laps, seams, or welds depending on the terrain and function of use.
4. During construction, the geotextile above the geomembrane adopts natural overlap, and the upper geotextile of the geomembrane is seamed or hot-air welded. Hot air welding is the preferred method of connecting long filament geotextiles, that is, the instant heat of the two pieces of cloth is heated by a hot air gun, and the parts are brought into a molten state, and they are firmly bonded together with a certain external force. . In the case of wet (snow and snow) weather where thermal adhesion is not possible, geotextiles should be subjected to another method of stitching, that is, a special sewing machine for two-wire stitching and a chemical-resistant UV-resistant suture.
The minimum width is 10cm when sewing, the minimum width is 20cm when lapped naturally, and the minimum width is 20cm when hot air welding.
5. For seaming, use the same stitching quality as geotextile. The seam line should be made of a material that resists chemical damage and ultraviolet light.
6. After laying geotextiles, the geomembrane shall be laid after being approved by the site supervision engineer.
7. The geotextile on geomembrane is laid in the geomembrane after approval by Party A and the supervisor.
8. The numbers for the geotextiles on each floor are TN and BN.
9. The two layers of geotextile on the membrane should be embedded in the anchoring groove together with the geomembrane at the anchoring groove.
